The last two fantasy books have been quite a disaster for Fantasy and now the demon book is going to throw another aweful book into the mix. These books have all introduced blanket abilities which are a problem, are full of broken combos, and have named characters which are overpowered and under costed. It seems that the new design idea driving the company is unstoppable. It is no longer sufficient to be good at magic you must be over powering, it is no longer sufficient to be hard to play around it must be impossible. For those of us who fell in love with fantasy for the playability this is a disturbing trend which just seems to be getting worse as they push the idea of broken good to farther extent with each new codex.
