After playing a few warhammer fantasy games I have decided that often the illusion of shooting is better than shooting. Now it is possible to build armies with 60+ Strength 4 shots a turn, but that first turns off players, and forces them to avoid these. These will wreck some things, but will they kill them all? Shooting is fairly bad as killing them all and with so much invested in shooting there is little left to mop up with.. Instead 20 S4 shots might be better as this is less frightening and less likely to change the opponents play style. They are more likely to let you shoot them and then this will hopely allow your fighters to win the game.
