If you play Warhammer ancients then you already know about the plastic celts and romans by Warlord games. In this case you have already heard how nice the minis are and at 30 for 28.75 they are also a great price. For those that do not play then this is a great starting point to begin a game similar enough to fantasy to start play easily and different enough to keep players interested. These boxes have 30 finely crafted minis in them complete with command and weapons, but not bases. They also have shield transfers, of which the celt ones are particularly nice. For right now they only have these boxes so archers, auxiliaries, and cavalry are not yet available but hopefully they will but even so these are readily available for a similar price from Old Glory. As a 2000 pt roman army has 60 or so legionaries these boxes are even sized right to make up most of the army you will need. Hopefully these will help spur interest in Warhammer ancient which is perhaps the best game under the Warhammer name.
