Well M10 is almost here and though I usually refuse to discuss new sets until they are actually out, I will break my rules this once sa spoilers abound. This set is the first of another magic redesign. In there infinite wisdom they decided to once more change everything up and they did. This set is a core set but with new never seen before cards (as there were not enough to choose from). Wizards claims that half the set is new but most of these new cards have the flavor of existing cards with new names. For example there is a card goblin artillery which is just like orcish artillery (cool huh). So it will feel a lot like a core set. It is even very bland which should appeal to no one. Then there is the new rules which come out with it which is going to change the comat phase to dumb down the game. All in all it seems a pretty poor offering even the name is odd as it is set 11 released in 09.
