It seems the biggest problem we had with the crossroads was getting there. Of the 9 players that signed up only 5 made it to the tournament. So Boldo's was represented by Brian Moyer, John Buyea, Mike Skythe, Mike Norton, and Alex White. We were all suprised by our comp scores which led to some interesting pairings. Norton had the pleasure of multiple brutal demon armies while Alex White got to play gnoblars. At the end of the first day the scores were a bit disappointing but ther games had been fun. Alex was undefeated, while Brian was 2-1, and the rest were worse. Day two was harder and the final scoring saw Alex lead the locals with a 3-1-1 record for a 12th place finish. Most interesting was John Buyea;s lack of a win going 0-1-4. Overall it was a fun weekend but we need to work on it to improve our play if we wish to remain a top shelf game club.
