Boldo's has been running a very successful warhammer night on Thursday night but now we will have one for younger players who can not make it so late on a school night.  So starting January 7th starting at 3pm every Wednesday afternoon will be warhammer novice day.  Bring down your armies to play and paint with other youngsters and learn to play better and have more fun.

Conflux is the newest set for Magic the Gathering and we will be running both our normal Launch party and a pre-release.

Join the Warhammer fun on Thursday night with an escalation painting League on the first Thursday of each month.  This is a 5 month league where players will paint a new army or finish a mostly unpainted army.  Each month the point total needed goes up as follows:

Each league night player will bring their new armies and play a series of games.  As the points go up the number of games played will go down.  Each month there will be prizes for painting and or playing.    Entrance fee is $20 and at the end of the 5 months if you have played all league nights with a fully painted army you will get $10 back in store credit the rest will go to prizes.  So start those project soon and come down to play every Thursday at the best place for Warhammer -- Boldo's Armory.

Friday Afternoon is Casual Play league. Wizards has started a new casual play format and we are happy to promote it at Boldo's With a continuous draft league.  Starting November 21 and continuing every Friday until December 26 Boldo's will run a continuous draft.  To play in the league you do not need a deck, the first week of play all players will buy 3 booster packs and these will be drafted to produce the card set for decks.  Every week you can either use the cards drafted from the previous week to draft with or buy new pack and keep the previous cards.  Players can make as many weeks as they like and join at any time! It is fun, ever changing, and costs 3 booster packs for 6 weeks of play.  All player will also get 2 foil premium cards and there will be weekly prizes as well.
