June 2006 The rain fell in a steady drizzle like in most bad fantasy movies but the members of Gladiique Scoparum would not let their spirits dampened in the land of Hartstone. Kyndaylan, Saint Norton, Sigard, Anna, Boldo and Thomas of Petersham all journeyed to their fair land to camp and enjoy their hospitality. Never have they been treated by such a couteous host who tried hart to ease andy of their discomfort. The day began with rain but the heros fought in a tournament anyways after Sigard and Saint Norton both qualified. In the Tournament Kyndylan and Boldo rained supreme and in the finals they fought a best of five format. It began with Boldo besting Kyndaylan with spear but Kyndylan evened the contest with greatswords. Then they split the next two when each fought with their favored weapon form. Fianlly they agreed to fight once more with spears and Kyndylan proved victorious. It was noted that almost all fighters displayed unusal chivalry and the tournament was one of the cleanest the they had ever seen. They then proceeded to fight a number of melees until exhaustion won the day. After this they retired to their camp fire for ddinner, conversation, and games interrupted only by continual showers. The rain did not abate until they left but it could not spoil such a wonderful tournament.
